This program is open to young adult patients (ages 18 to 40s) receiving care at Dana-Farber who are navigating fertility-related concerns during and after cancer treatment. These will be discussion-based sessions with a focus on fertility-related topics. This program is an opportunity to share experiences and conversations with others navigating fertility concerns and explore fertility related topics with peers and experts. Participants must be willing to commit to all/most sessions. There will be four weekly facilitated Zoom sessions over 4 weeks on Tuesdays at 5:30pm- 6:45 pmET, starting October 27th.
