Workshop Overview
- Participants will learn how to:
- Integrate the DASH diet into everyday meals and routines
- Understand and track key heart health metrics
- Reduce sodium while still enjoying flavorful foods
- Manage stress and support overall well-being
- Apply practical strategies for dining out and real-life situations
The workshop features engaging discussions, hands-on activities, practical meal-planning tips, live cooking demonstrations, and strategies to overcome common challenges—making heart-healthy living both approachable and sustainable.
Workshop Format
- 6 live, weekly sessions
- Each session is 1 hour
- Recordings will be available for those unable to attend live
