The Base Summer Club 30th June-7th August
Programme at The Base ,127 Glenavon Rd, G20 0HW from 30th June- 7th August.
The programme is free and will be available for children ages 5-12 (Primary school).
It will run Monday-Friday (except for Friday 8th Aug): 10am-3pm
Breakfast, Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided.
Completing this form does not guarantee you a place on the program. A staff member will be in contact with the phone number provided. You will be required to complete a full contact detail form once you have been assigned a space.
If you have more that 3 children wanting to attend you will need to fill out a second survey.
