Summer Youth Works! is Palmetto CAP's seasonal employment program for high school and college students. Starting in 10th grade, young people in Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester Counties can apply to work at various job sites across the Lowcountry. Positions include working with children in summer camps and at schools, working in offices and assisting public officials. Many positions are exclusively for college-bound students from income-eligible families, though all students are encouraged to apply.
