NCAN Member Survey - AI & Postsecondary Advising

NCAN is gathering member input on how artificial intelligence is emerging in postsecondary advising and student support. As new tools and practices take shape, we want to understand where the field is today, what questions members have, and what support would be most useful.

This brief survey asks about your organization’s familiarity with AI, current usage or exploration of AI-enabled tools, and your comfort level with integrating technology into advising. Your responses will help NCAN design future programming, resources, and guidance that reflect the field’s needs and interests.

The survey should take about 5–7 minutes to complete. We welcome input from anyone in your organization who works directly with postsecondary advising, data, program design, or student outreach.
