"Let's Talk" Consumer Engagement & Communication Survey 2022
Introduction
The aged care sector is full of information and resources to help aged care providers deliver care and services to you. However, we know that very little of this information is accessible or available to the consumers themselves. We want to change this, so please tell us what sort of information you want to hear more about.
Your provider wants to hear about topics you are interested in so they can plan some new ways to communicate with you. The survey should take about 6-8 minutes to complete. All your answers will be completely de-identified and will be considered as group data only.
So, thank you for helping us to build our 2021 Consumer Engagement Plan and giving consumers what they really want from their aged care experience.
