We have been examining dispute resolution processes in the construction context, particularly in light of many recent high profile liquidations/downfalls of construction companies. The dominant dispute resolution process in the construction sector is adjudication (as established under the Construction Contracts Act 2002 (CCA)) which parties cannot contract out of.

Through the results of this survey, we aim to gain better insight into the industry’s perceptions and experiences of adjudication under the CCA. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete

Please note this survey is anonymous and MinterEllisonRuddWatts will not ask for or record who is completing the survey. We will however, be using the survey results for our upcoming thought leadership seminar on dispute resolution in the construction sector, taking place on Thursday 29th August 2019.

Please let us know if you have any comments on the survey either through the survey or emailing us at events@minterellison.co.nz
