2025 FACD/SCDA Continued Education Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the Continued Education Training Program. FACD & SCDA are customized professional development program designed and delivered by Horizon Point Consulting, Inc. for K-12 career services providers serving Alabama schools.

This continued education program is for individuals who have previously completed FCD training (formerly CDF), SCDA or who are interested in continued education related to career development.

The course will provide 15 hours of CEUs and 1 ALCD PLU (requires separate registration in PowerSchool).

The course requires a commitment of 6-8 weeks of Blended, Virtual eLearning, consisting of a recorded welcome session, 1-2 live sessions, and weekly reading and assignments. Failure to participate fully will result in an "Incomplete".
