Thank you for taking the time to answer a few questions for the Germantown Academy Counselor-in-Training program. The CIT program is designed to teach responsible teens the essentials of becoming a quality leader, employee, and camp counselor. CITs participate in workshops and discussions to learn about basic child care, behavior management techniques, communication skills, camp organization, activity planning, job application, first aid, and leadership. This is a selective program and enrollment is limited. Your honest feedback is greatly appreciated in helping to select this year's group.
