Why am I completing this survey?

This survey is to give the Pigeon Fanciers Society of NSW Inc.  an idea of numbers for the upcoming release of vaccine, which will be soon become available which will be sold to clubs throughout Australia, we would need a rough idea of quantity/number to be made available to our members.
