General Information

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Southern Wesleyan University 2020 Student-Athlete Survey. Please note that all responses to this survey are anonymous.

If you play more than one sport, you will need to take the survey equivalent to the number of sports that you play at Southern Wesleyan University. For instance, if you run track and play volleyball, you would complete the survey twice. Just be sure to choose the appropriate sport for which you have answered the survey questions.
