Sage Heights Questionnaire Survey

The redevelopment of vacant or underutilized land is an opportunity for revitalization.

The Sage Heights area has been identified as a reuse and revitalization target area under the Humboldt County EPA Brownfields Community Assessment Grant.

This questionnaire is the first step in a unique opportunity to collaborate on solutions and create a shared vision for re-development and infrastructure needs in this crucial economic district which impacts our entire community.

The Assessment Grant is part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Brownfields Program And is administered by Humboldt County and includes a partnership with Pershing County through the Nevada 95-80 Regional Development Authority. It provides resources and technical assistance to communities, states, and tribes to assess, safely clean up and sustainably reuse contaminated or blighted properties.

We appreciate your participation and please plan on attending an upcoming visioning workshop and tour where will coordinate all the public input to develop future uses for Sage Heights.
