Living Well 2021 - survey

We want to make our communities in the District Council of Tumby Bay as liveable as possible for all ages and abilities. Can you help us identify what we need to work on?


All data collected will be kept confidential and non-identified, and used responsibly by the District Council of Tumby Bay. 

Your completed survey can be returned to the District Council of Tumby Bay office on Mortlock Street, Tumby Bay, to Port Neill Post & Trade, or to Ungarra Community Cafe.
