The Southwestern Wisconsin School District School Board is requesting your assistance in the search for a new superintendent.
From the lists that follow, select and prioritize the Personal Characteristics, Leadership Styles, Specialized Skills, and Expertise that you believe are most important for the district’s new superintendent. Additionally, two sections ask you to indicate what you believe are the strengths and challenges of the Southwestern Wisconsin School District.
