Programme Overview

Firestation are seeking business owners for our next ACCELERATE Programme in South Waikato. We want TEN local established businesses with a track record of growth and a passion to accelerate even faster.

The Accelerate programme is designed for owners of medium size businesses with annual turnover of $250k - $10m and 5-50 employees (although any business with exceptional growth potential will be considered).

The overall the objective is to accelerate your capabilities as an owner or manager which help you take control of your growth; whether that be to grow faster, re-ignite your growth trajectory or make your growth more manageable.

Programme is expected to start September 2019. Sessions will run fortnightly on Monday mornings with a time commitment of 2-3 hours only.

Over six months participants will receive a unique blend of business training focused on accelerating their capability in sales, leadership, brand, planning, finance and developing a growth mind-set with professionally facilitated individual and group coaching sessions.

Accelerate teaches the importance of spending time working on the business and, after six months participants will walk away with a growth plan.

The programme is generously subsidised thanks to funding from South Waikato Investment Fund Trust in recognition that Firestation's Accelerate makes a real difference to local business communities. The retail cost of the programme is more than $3,000.

Thanks to additional support from Employers & Manufacturers Association BoP, organisations that receive the subsidy will be able to participate in the programme for as little as $299+GST per month (conditions apply).

All participants receive complimentary use of Firestation (Rotorua) meeting rooms for the duration of the programme.

Accelerate is predominantly facilitated by business growth expert Darren McGarvie, co-founder and chief coach at Firestation. The programme includes:

*12 Mastery Modules providing training in brand, marketing, leadership, employment, etc. presented by experienced, local professionals recognised as leaders in their field.

*4 Group Review sessions with a facilitated discussion encouraging participants to share their challenges, celebrate their successes, and support each other.

*3 Individual Coaching sessions to set goals, actions and plans for business success.
