Softball Victoria is developing a new Strategic Plan to drive the direction of softball in Victoria over the next 4 years from 2018 to 2021. The Board has developed a process to review and develop a new plan as the current one is due to expire in 2018.

The key priorities of the current Strategic Plan (2014-2018) are listed below. The full plan can be read here

Increased membership by 5% year on year
Increased representation at national level, and success at national events

DEVELOPING CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

75% of affiliates with a documented fit for purpose strategic and/or business plan
5% increase in new clubs/Associations
75% of members in all categories satisfied/very satisfied with softball
Increased number of trained volunteers
Increased number of accredited officials (coaches, umpires, statisticians)
