The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) provides an opportunity for the site visitor to complete a Peer and Process Evaluation. Evaluation of team members by each other is an integral part of CoARC's accreditation process.
Following your site visit, please reflect on the performance of the site visit team member with whom you were paired. Select YES or NO for each item and comment whenever appropriate. This peer evaluation will be forwarded to the site visitor, will remain confidential within the Site Visit Committee, and will contribute to our assuring quality on-site evaluations.
