We are working to improve the efficiency and productivity of our Region II Healthcare Coalition.

This survey will be used to collect the opinions of NEO HCC members regarding this years coalition meeting and training schedule.

Question Title

* 1. The Ohio Department of Health only requires the HCC General Coalition to meet quarterly.

Do you prefer maintaining a monthly general coalition meeting schedule or would you prefer to meet quarterly with improved training programs in between meetings.

Option 1 –

- The first meeting will be the traditional meeting with defined agenda items.

- The second and third meetings will be training opportunities based on regional needs (Cybersecurity, Medical Countermeasures, Pediatric Surge, how to create an emergency plan…)

- Each of these meetings will start with a BRIEF update on the defined agenda items from the first meeting.

Option 2 –

- Continued monthly meetings with defined agenda items, immediately followed by training

* 2. The HCC receives grant funding from ODH – to receive the funds there are defined deliverables that must be submitted throughout the year. Workgroups are needed to accomplish these deliverables.
