This is an exciting time at Salisbury University as we continue to attract national attention and acclaim and also work together to address demographic and other changes impacting higher education. We gathered considerable input from the campus community to develop our last Strategic Plan and this has guided SU’s decision-making well over the last four years. Now it is time to create an updated Strategic Plan that will chart the University’s course over the next several years.

We want to hear from YOU about the goals you feel the University should strive to achieve over the next three-to-five years.

You can provide feedback and your ideas anonymously through this survey. Additionally, you may visit the Strategic Planning Canvas page to participate in online discussions with other faculty, staff and students.
We look forward to incorporating your feedback into the next Strategic Plan. A draft will be shared with campus in fall 2019. Following additional feedback from faculty, staff and students, we anticipate finalizing and implementing the next Strategic Plan in January 2020.
On the following pages, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on seven topics:
  • Affordability, Accessibility and Attracting Students
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship
  • External Partnership and Community Engagement
  • Academic Programs and Student Success
  • Funding Model and Business Practices
  • Campus Environment and Spaces
