2022 SOT Undergraduate Research Award Application

Details about the award are found in the SOT Undergraduate Research Award description. Please provide the information that is requested, including uploading your undergraduate transcript and a copy of your submitted abstract. We encourage you to draft the responses in a file for your records and copy and paste the responses here. See the list of the information required.

In this application you will provide the contact information for the faculty or research advisor who has agreed to provide your nomination. Send your advisor the reference form template in advance. We will send your advisor the link to actually complete the nomination after you submit this application. The deadline for submission of the advisor nomination is October 20, 2021.

This form must be completed by 11:59 ET October 15, 2021, including submission of your transcript and the research abstract (this award requires an abstract submitted earlier than the regular December 1 abstract deadline). You must be enrolled as an undergraduate during the full 2021-2022 academic year and your abstract must be accepted for the 2022 SOT Annual meeting for you to be eligible for this award.
