Instructions for review:
You are being asked to complete a survey related to the Phase III draft Common Course Numbering (CCN) Course Templates developed by the CCN Faculty Workgroup (CCNFW) during the June 2025 convenings. Your review and feedback are essential to achieving course transferability and supporting articulation.
The survey will be divided into two parts.
Part 1 will ask you to identify your demographic information, including your name, contact information, institutional affiliation, and system affiliation (CCC, CSU, UC, Independent College or University).
Part 2 will prompt you to provide feedback on the content of the drafted CCN templates. The C-ID descriptor is provided alongside each template as the C-ID descriptor provides the minimum required content on the CCN Course Templates. In other words, the CCN Course Template for each course was created from the current C-ID descriptor for the course and the CCNFW added any additional information necessary for the CCN Course Template requirements. These additions may include information needed for University of California Transfer Course approval, Cal-GETC area approval, or to satisfy lower-division major preparation requirements.
