Instructions for review:
You are being asked to complete a survey related to the Phase III draft Common Course Numbering (CCN) Course Template developed by the CCN Faculty Workgroup (CCNFW) during the June 2025 convenings. Your review and feedback are essential to achieving course transferability and supporting articulation.
The survey will be divided into two parts.
Part 1 will ask you to identify your demographic information, including your name, contact information, institutional affiliation, and system affiliation (CCC, CSU, UC, Independent College or University).
Part 2 will prompt you to provide feedback on a CCN template created based on pre-convening survey feedback and discipline faculty expertise. As with templates originating from a C-ID descriptor, the CCNFW added information as needed to meet CCN Course Template requirements and to support University of California Transfer Course approval, Cal-GETC area approval, or to satisfy lower-division major preparation requirements for transfer.
