Instructions for review:
You are being asked to complete a survey related to the Phase III draft Common Course Numbering (CCN) Course Templates developed by the CCN Faculty Workgroup (CCNFW) during the June 2025 convenings. Your review and feedback are essential to achieving course transferability and supporting articulation.
The survey will be divided into two parts.
Part 1 will ask you to identify your demographic information, including your name, contact information, institutional affiliation, and system affiliation (CCC, CSU, UC, Independent College or University).
Part 2 will prompt you to provide feedback on the drafted CCN templates. Using the two-course sequence C-ID Descriptor BIOL 115 S (Human Anatomy and Physiology with Lab) for foundational content, the CCN Faculty Workgroup - informed by survey feedback from the field - drafted the Human Anatomy and Physiology with Lab I and II CCN Course Templates. The workgroup identified which content from the BIOL 115 S Descriptor should be included in each CCN template, and then added information as needed to meet CCN Course Template requirements and to support University of California Transfer Course approval, Cal-GETC area approval, or to satisfy lower-division major preparation requirements for transfer. The C-ID Descriptor BIOL 115 S is provided alongside the template for your review.
