This survey is run by Disability Rights UK in partnership with Energize Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. It’s a local version of the Activity Alliance’s Annual Disability & Activity Survey.
Your answers will help the Get Yourself Active Local Project learn more about the experiences of both disabled and non-disabled people in sport and physical activity. This will support our work to improve inclusion, belonging, and the quality of opportunities available.
We want to hear from everyone — whether you currently take part in sport and physical activity, or you don’t.
The survey takes about 30 minutes to complete. There are lots of questions but most of them are tick box.

We follow the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your responses will be kept confidential and reported anonymously. The findings will be published in a report, which may be shared publicly.
Any personal data you give us will be stored securely until the end of the project, then destroyed — unless you opt in to further contact. Your data will only be shared with Disability Rights UK and Energize, and you can request a copy of your responses or ask for them to be deleted at any time.
