STEPP Survey for MS4s and Municipal Stormwater Programs

The National Municipal Stormwater Alliance (NMSA) is leading an effort to establish a multi-state/national testing and verification program for proprietary and public domain stormwater control measures (SCM), also known as best management practice (BMP). This program is referred to as STEPP (Stormwater Testing and Evaluation for Products and Practices). To find out more about STEPP please go to the STEPP program website.

The purpose of this survey is to help inform the STEPP Leadership Group as they develop the policies and processes needed to make the STEPP program more valuable to states, local stormwater programs, and practitioners. This survey is 12 questions long and is estimated to take less than 8 minutes to complete.
