What is the STEM Insight Week?

For students interested in careers in STEM, this is an incredible opportunity to gain skills, experience and expertise over the half term, all while having fun. And it’s free!

Dates:
  • Application deadline: 18th October
  • Dates: 28th October - 1st November (Monday-Friday)
This is a whole week program, and it is not possible to attend for selected days only. If you cannot commit to the full week, please get in touch before applying to discuss your circumstances with us.

We have limited places available on the STEM Insight Week, so please take your time writing your application, and let us know in your own words why you are interested in taking part and what you would gain from the experience.

Section B - Medical & Access Requirements

As part of Science Oxford's Diversity and Inclusion Policy, we want to make sure that everyone has access to this Experience. Your answers here will not affect whether we offer you a place.

If your application is successful, we will get in touch to discuss your requirements and how we can best support you both during and before the STEM Insight Week.

Section D - Reference

Before offering you a place on the STEM Insight Week, we need permission from a parent/guardian, and a personal reference from a teacher (or other responsible adult who you are not related to, for example a sports coach or youth group leader).

We will contact the people you name below, so please let them know that you have applied for this Experience.
