STEM Educator Leadership Awards 2021

Nominees
At this year’s STEM Conference 2021, on November 9th, we will recognize STEM Educators who demonstrate outstanding leadership by offering 4 different awards:
Outstanding STEM Educator Career Achievement Award (20 – 29 years of service)
Outstanding STEM Educator Career Achievement Award (30+ years of service)
The Mid-Career STEM Educator Award, (10-19 years as an educator)
The Early Career STEM Educator Award (1-9 years as an educator).
Educators (teachers and administrators) can nominate themselves or others based on the following criteria:
Training and preparation to become a STEM educator
Evidence of integrating STEM education initiatives in the classroom, school or district, or information educational setting,
Outreach to mentor, collaborate, or share with other educators.
Complete the application below and submit no later than midnight on September 1st, 2021. Notification of winner will be made to both nominator and nominee by October 1st.
Please note: Nominees must arrange to register for the conference. All winners must attend STEM Conference 2021 in order to receive these awards on November 9th, 2021. Please prepare to complete this nomination form in one sitting. All incomplete forms will be disqualified. Lastly, once you have nominated someone, please take the step to inform them that, if they win, they will need to be registered in order to collect the award at the conference.
