Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who complete the survey and opt in to enter the prize draw. No purchase is necessary. Employees of the Scottish Tourism Alliance, Genoa Black, participating prize providers, and anyone directly involved in the administration of the survey or prize draw are not eligible to enter. Each eligible respondent may enter the prize draw once. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted using the details provided. Prizes are subject to availability and any relevant terms, restrictions or conditions set by the individual prize provider. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be resold. There is no cash alternative, and no substitution will be offered except where a prize becomes unavailable, in which case the Scottish Tourism Alliance reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Entrants are responsible for any travel, accommodation or other costs associated with redeeming a prize unless these are expressly included within the prize. By opting in, entrants agree to be added to the Scottish Tourism Alliance mailing list. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their prize draw entry.
