Thank you for giving us feedback on your summer research experience. While the Entire Questionnaire should take about 40 minutes, you may stop and return later to finish. Read the text below for instructions.

After clicking SUBMIT which is at the bottom of each page, you can quit and return to the questionnaire in the future if you wish. Your previous work will be saved as long as you click "Next" at the bottom of the page. To return to the survey, click on the same link you used before, as long as you are using the same browser and computer, you will return to the page you left off on. You can always change your answers but using the "Prev" and "Next" buttons at the bottom of each page until you click "Done" at the end of the survey. If you encounter any trouble getting back to where you left off, please contact Sanlyn and she will assist.
