BT Service Changes 2022 Survey
In Summer 2022, BT partnered with Uber and Lyft for a pilot program to provide discounted on-demand rides in the late evening and on the former Route 8 corridor. The pilot program has allowed BT to explore how on-demand services may fit into the BT bus network in a way that best matches riders' needs with services provided.
