Dear Colleague,

I am a faculty physician in family medicine residency education with interest in the development of an effective curriculum in direct primary care (DPC) for residents. In my experience, DPC practice occupies a blind spot in postgraduate medical education, and I am eager to promote the growth of the model among students and residents.

I believe that the people who best can inform the development of a DPC curriculum are physicians who practice in the DPC model. Thus, I am counting on your participation in this brief survey. It may take as little as 3 minutes to complete, but it may take slightly longer depending on the length of your text-only entries.

I thank you in advance for your help in the development of a meaningful DPC curriculum for family medicine residents! Feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or suggestions.

Yours truly,

James Breen, MD
