Charity Membership Application Form

The South Staffordshire Network for Mental Health is an independent charity to provide for people with experience with mental illness and people at risk of mental ill health:

"To achieve independent mental well-being through awareness, representation and participation."

We provide three key services:

The Toolbox service, funded by the Lichfield Advice Partnership's Right Advice First Time project and the Stafford Wellbeing Hub, which supports people at risk of developing mental illness with am hour long session to produce an action plan to support their emotional wellbeing and signpost/refer to appropriate agencies to meet highlighted needs.

We also provide an accredited Volunteer Programme for up to 20 volunteers, designed to support recovery of mental illness and/or at risk of mental illness to provide transferable skills to promote employment.

Additionally, at a cost to suit your budget, we provide a programme of training and workshops for staff, volunteers and people with experience of mental illness to increase awareness of mental illness, mental health and range of related topics.

Together, we will all help to make Staffordshire a safer and fairer place to live in, even if you have
experienced mental illness...
