Navigate - User Survey

A key deliverable of the national Suicide and Self-harm Programme (SSHP) programme was a training and development platform to help build the capability and confidence of front-line workers and better support people affected by suicide and self-harm across Wales. The platform was launched in 2022 and has since had over 15,000 visits, proving to be a valuable resource for a diverse range of users.

The SSHP Programme is now looking to expand its support by creating a dedicated landing page designed as a "land and launch" platform. This will provide those who support others with easy access to trusted resources and information focused on the key factors contributing to poor mental health and increased risk of suicide, particularly in males.

Empyrean Digital has been working with the National and Regional Leads and we have carried out user research workshops with participants from a range of sectors across Wales. We would really appreciate any feedback or comments, positive or negative and we thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey, we anticipate it will take roughly 5 minutes to complete.
