Safe Sitter Registration - July 10

Please fill out the following information to register your child for the Safe Sitter Class on Friday, July 10. The class will be held at Girls Nite In International (1080 N. Green St.) in Brownsburg from 10am-3pm. Your child must be referred by Girls Nite In to qualify for this class. There is no fee for the class due to a grant awarded to Health Ed Pros from the Hendricks County Health Partnership. If you are registering more than one child for this class, please complete a separate form for each student.
