Please use the following form to nominate individuals to serve on the SSCD Executive Council as a Councilor-at-Large. The term will be May 2026-May 2028. You may nominate yourself or any other individual who you believe is a leader within the celiac disease healthcare community.
The Councilor's role is to attend monthly Executive Committee meetings and represent the SSCD committees. Councilors are expected to take an active role in the committee that they are supporting. The committees include Education, Research, and Membership.
