1. SRG Registration Survey

SRG's 2019 Planning Retreat will be held in Phoenix, Arizona at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa.

Our meeting begins Tuesday, August 6th at 4:00pm and concludes Thursday, August 8th at noon.

The Royal Palms Resort is located at the base of Camelback Mountain in Phoenix. It is 15-20 minutes from the Phoenix International Airport.

All hotel arrangements are made through Kate Thomas at SRG (contact information below)--please do not contact the Royal Palms Resort directly. Complete this registration form--we'll get back to you if any information is missing. SRG also makes arrangements for early arrivals or late departures. We will provide you with confirmation and make changes as your schedule requires. You pay for your room upon departure. We will try to confirm your reservation by email within three days of you having completed the survey.

As with any summer travel, it's a good idea to make travel plans in advance. The airport has several rental car agencies on-site, and we also have contact information for a private service recommended by the Resort. If you would like any help arranging transportation to or from the hotel, please forward us your flight information when you book your tickets and we can help you arrange for a shuttle or coordinate ride-share with other attendees.

Attendees cover room charges, costs associated with traveling to and from the site, and you will be on your own for Tuesday night dinner.  SRG covers meeting costs and all other meals during the meeting--there is no registration fee to attend.
