New to 2019!  Showcase your AMCP Student Chapter activities in the Annual Meeting exhibit hall on Tuesday, March 26 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

This is your time to shine - showcase a service event, recruitment tactic, school collaboration and more! Network and discuss your activity with other students, Diplomats, AMCP leadership and meeting attendees.

Use your creativity in designing your poster board. Details to consider:

1. When is the showcase?
The showcase will occur during the opening Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, March 26 from 5:30-7:30pm PST. Please ensure that someone from your chapter is able to stand with the event during this time.
Your poster can stay up during the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday but you are not required to attend at this time.
You will receive directions for set-up as it approaches.

2. What size poster should we prepare? What materials are available?
You will have half of a traditional poster board to decorate. This gives you 4 feet x 4 feet play with!
We will provide push pins.

Does it need to be formal printed poster or can we decorate the board with brochures used at the event?
It is up to you if you want to present a traditional printed poster with items such as background, methods, results etc.
You can also bring brochures, handouts, pictures, etc to decorate the board.
We want this to be a fun activity!

4. Can my school submit multiple projects?
Yes! You can submit as many posters as you would like, just ensure that someone is available to stand with each activity. Topics are not limited to service events, recruitment efforts, advocacy outreach and/or P&T competition. We want to share everything you’re doing!

5. Who will be attending the showcase?
All AMCP Annual Meeting registrants! Get excited to speak with AMCP Leadership, Diplomats, committee members and student pharmacists from all over the country about your special student chapter event.

Assign one student contact per activity for us to communicate day-of instructions with.

Email studentdevelopment@amcp.org with questions!

Please note this is different from the AMCP Poster Abstract program.
