This survey will be open until 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31.

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is studying the intersection of State Route 500 and Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard, including the adjacent roadway network in Clark County. Recent data has identified SR 500 at Fourth Plain Boulevard as having the most traffic congestion and motorist delays of any highway intersection in Clark County. Information from this study will help us identify a range of practical, cost-effective strategies to improve safety, reliability and mobility in the study area, with a focus on improvements that could be implemented in the next 5-10 years.

While no funding is currently identified for improvements to this critical intersection, the strategies identified through this study will allow us to implement projects as funding becomes available, as well as identify opportunities to coordinate with local jurisdictions.

The information you provide in this short survey will help us better understand how people travel through the study area. The survey should take you about 5 – 10 minutes to complete. Your input will be consolidated with other responses into a summary for us to consider as we explore strategies to improve safety, mobility and travel reliability.

Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the Study Area Map below to help you in answering the survey questions.
