Support the Greensboro Safe Routes 2 School Program
This anonymous survey will take about 5 - 10 minutes to complete. The survey results will help determine how to improve opportunities for children to walk or bike to school. We ask that each family complete only one survey per school.
After completing the survey, your student(s) will be eligible for a special gift. A link to a separate form will be provided at the end of the survey where you can submit the information required to receive your gift(s).
