Better orders for my followers, like "RUN AWAY"

Better ability to sense and respond intelligently to enemies based on threat

Teach these dumb f*cks to run away from a burning building, holy crap

Teach them about ownership - what's mine is mine, what's your is also mine, you know.

* 3. Here are some possible z-level features, which ones do you care most about?

Upstairs/downstairs misalignments

Buildings are gonna need roofs, map that stuff out.

Make light pass into deep pits / make multiple z-level ceilings behave properly

I want to haul things up and down stairs

I want items on an open space above (such as dead zombies) to fall down to the z-level below

I want at least a start on being able to move vehicles up and down z-levels

* 4. What are some basic bugs and fixes you really want dealt with?

I want a timer system, so more things happen properly outside the "reality bubble"

Make crafting checks for fire behave more predictably

Let me know if I'm about to craft with rotten food

Mainline filthy clothing, already

Work on framerate optimizations to get things smoother (cube assisted raymarching, apparently?)

Improve item categorization, too many things are "other" and wtf is the difference between armour and clothing.

Fix those damn tileset gridlines

Make NPC starting quests (like find my mom) match up to their backstories better

Rebalancing CBMs and mutations to be a more complex system with less random mutations and more decision making with CBMs (complex, see issue for details)

Add snow realism, making winter really a thing

Make wander spawns better, begin the process of working on horde mechanics

Make evolution work better, especially with wander spawns

* 6. What are some quality of life changes you would like to see?

Reduce keypresses in things like pry-on-examine

Reduce message spam, eg. "moving through this tall grass is slow" or "do you really want to step on that landmine"

Move the date of the cataclysm a bit later so the default isn't to start out wet and frozen in March

Reduce skill grinding, at least the keypresses, by making a "practice" action that does the same thing.

I want to be able to build a power grid in my base without having to build a weird vehicle hack

Flatbed carriers, eg. a truck that will carry your car

Better modeling of snow/ice/wet water traction

Mainlining boats

Stuff that should spawn in cities spawning in cities. No more rural office complexes.

More variety in labs, and more procedural dungeons like that.

Make the existing labs more complex, with different levels of difficulty as you go through them

Wilderness variety. Better forest, swamps, and fields.

More content inside the cities themselves.

More specials outside the cities.

I want to be able to travel to different biomes, or at least set my game to a different biome and have it work.
