Student Quality & Organizing Leadership Academy Application 2018 |
The IHI Open School will host our annual Student Quality & Organizing Leadership Academy on July 25 - 27, 2018 in Boston, MA. This Leadership Academy is a free, two and a half-day program designed to build leadership, QI, and organizing competencies of future health professionals.
Who should attend? We are seeking full-time students, residents, and graduate trainees who are leaders in their IHI Open School Chapters, have demonstrated the ability to work effectively in teams, and are committed to spreading quality improvement and positively impacting the health and health care of their local communities.
Moreover, candidates should have the desire to join a unique cohort of innovators, who will work closely with the IHI Open School in support of a network-wide campaign focused on substance-use disorders. Specifically, attendees will be asked to bring a project idea to the Leadership Academy around which they’ll receive training and guidance to equip them (and their Chapter) for a successful launch when they return home.
