The goal of this survey is to hear from the residents, businesses, and the community of Fairmont about the community’s resilience in response to changing weather patterns and the opportunities presented by new energy technologies. These findings will be compiled in an Energy and Environmental Resilience Plan to guide the city towards being an attractive, prosperous, and resilient community. This planning process is funded through a grant the Minnesota Department of Commerce and the Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. Once survey results are compiled, there will be community engagements to share the findings and identify high priority projects. There are 4 sections to this survey, Extreme Weather, Energy, Environment, and Community. It will take a few minutes to complete. Thank you!
