Leadership – How do you make it? 

If you’re a leader, what have you learned that made you a good leader? Are there things that you had to learn the hard way, or experiences that made you who you are? Something your boss did that you promised yourself you would never repeat?

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with others and help managers become leaders (think of all those new managers that are thrown into the role of managing without any training!).
