Purpose of Survey
The Stratford Police Service Board is leading a study to develop a 2026-2029 strategic plan for the Stratford Police Service (hereafter referred to as S.P.S.) focused on organizational improvement and community safety.
Consilium Public Sector Services has been hired by S.P.S. to review its organizational needs and strategic priorities. Your participation in this survey will help shape recommendations that support excellence in service delivery.
Responding to all questions will take approximately 15 minutes. Responses will be reviewed and summarized exclusively by authorized consultants from Consilium for reporting purposes. Appropriate measures will be taken to maintain the personal confidentiality of participants. Surveys will be used for analysis only and all responses and names will remain confidential.
