  • The project must have been completed during the calendar year 2025.
  • The project may be submitted by a member of the Single Ply Roofing Association (SPRA) only.
  • The single ply roofing system(s) installed on the project must have been manufactured by a SPRA Membrane Manufacturer member.
  • The single ply roofing contractor does not have to be a SPRA Contractor member.
  • The project may be submitted for consideration for a maximum of two award categories.
  • There is no limit on the number of projects that a SPRA member may submit.
  • The deadline for submissions is Thursday 30 April 2026.

Project Information
13.Provide contextual information about the project. For example, provide information about the site; highlight any points of architectural significance; provide information about the building use; in the case of a new build, explain why it was built; in the case of a refurbishment, explain why a refurbishment was required.
14.Explain why the single ply roofing system was chosen for the project. For example, explain how it satisfied the requirements of the performance specification; how it solved the problems presented by the project; and/or why alternative flat roof waterproofing technologies were deemed unsuitable.
15.Explain how the project and health and safety were managed. For example, explain how the client, principal contractor and contractors collaborated; explain what challenges were faced and how they were overcome; and/or explain any significant, site-specific risks to health and safety and how they were managed.
16.Explain how an outstanding quality of workmanship was achieved. Refer to the specific skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours of installers; training provided; and any on-site support provided by the manufacturer and/or supplier of the single ply roofing system where applicable.
17.Explain why the project should win the SPRA award category(ies) selected. For example, if the project will be submitted for the Best Detailing category, focus on the quality of the detailing. Remember to upload associated photographs below. Refer to the SPRA Award Categories document for further guidance.
