Thank you for your interest in registering to attend a 2027-30 State Plan on Aging Town Hall hosted by the Ohio Department of Aging (AGE). These events will assist with AGE's work in developing a comprehensive roadmap to improve the overall health and well-being of older Ohioans from 2027-2030.

Led by the AGE and supported by the Health Policy Institute of Ohio, the State Plan on Aging provides a collaborative vision to assure that everyone in Ohio can live longer, healthier lives with dignity and autonomy.

In August and September 2025, AGE will be conducting town halls across various regions of Ohio to further expand upon the information gathered in the Summary Assessment of Older Ohioans. The Town Halls will provide the opportunity for Older Ohioans, caregivers, providers, and lawmakers to come together to inform strategies to address gaps in ensuring Older Ohioans can live longer, healthier lives with dignity and autonomy.

More information on the locations and dates of town halls will be coming soon. Want more information? Email elderconnections@age.ohio.gov to get on a mailing list with the latest on town halls.
