St Patrick's Mental Health Services aspires to provide the highest quality of mental health care, to promote mental health and to advocate for the rights of those who experience mental health difficulties.

 

This survey is designed to give us a better understanding of how you view the care and treatment you have received during your in-patient stay in St Patrick's or St Edmundsbury Hospital. As such, please do not record your name.The information in this survey will be reviewed by the Senior Management in the Hospital and will assist in improving and developing the services that we offer.
