Program Information and Eligibility
The Ferguson CLE is now accepting applications! This opportunity is open to ambitious full-time college students who are looking to accelerate their leadership journey, gain professional development, build leadership skills, and connect with Real Estate industry leaders and like-minded peers.

This application is required for participation in our programming that includes: 1:1 certified coaching, digital training, virtual events with corporate partners, and access to our exclusive Job Board that provides both internship and full-time post graduation opportunities.
Eligibility Requirements:
1) Be authorized to work in the United States following graduation from an accredited college or university without the need of a work visa sponsorship. Students who are currently attending school on an F-1 visa are not eligible to apply.
2) Be a full-time student at an accredited college or university.
3) Must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Timeline:
Applications will be accepted until May 30, 2026, or earlier if all spots are filled. Note, our past applications have closed at least 2-3 weeks earlier due to spots being filled. Early application is encouraged. Interviews for qualified applicants will be conducted on a rolling basis. Scholarships:
Scholarships will be a separate application for those who have been admitted into the program and upon successful demonstration of engagement. The scholarship application will be sent to Fellows in December 2026. Decisions on scholarships will be based on the scholarship application, financial need, engagement in our program, leadership potential, and funding availability. Scholarships will be applied for the 2027-28 academic year and can cover tuition and mandatory fees. Awards are not able to cover other costs of attendance, such as room and board, travel, etc.
Application:
Our application is designed to help us get to know you beyond your resume and better understand your potential as a future leader in the real estate industry.
The application itself will take approximately 25 minutes to complete. As part of this, we’ll ask for your demographic information, interests and career goals, as well as your resume and transcript.
If eligible, you will be invited to complete the Plum assessment via email, which takes an additional 15–25 minutes and will bring you to an external page. This psychometric assessment helps us better understand your natural strengths.
Beyond the application process, Plum is also a resource for your growth. Upon completion, you’ll receive personalized insights into your strengths, along with tailored recommendations for books and resources to support your professional development.
We use all components of the application to take a holistic approach in our review process ensuring we are identifying students who will both benefit from and contribute to the program.If selected, the next and final step will be a 20-minute video interview.
