Survey of Louisiana Parents/Guardians of Children Receiving Special Education Services |
Thank you for taking part in this survey. The Louisiana Legislative Auditor's Office is conducting this survey to obtain the feedback from the parents and/or guardians of students with disabilities as part of a performance audit of the Louisiana Department of Education's (LDOE) oversight of special education services. We will use the results of this survey to evaluate LDOE's oversight, understand the challenges facing LDOE, and to make recommendations on how LDOE can improve.
Please only complete one survey per household.
All of the survey responses are confidential. While we may publish select quotes or summarized information from the survey, we will not disclose the identity of any respondent to the public, school system, or to LDOE. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by Friday, May 19, 2023.
