SPC Data Collection Solutions - Measuring Impact on Users |
Measuring the Impact of Different Solutions
The following survey is designed to support an evaluation of different solutions to collect and report data for Stroke Prevention Clinics (SPCs). SPCs are asked to assess the anticipated impact a data collection & reporting system could have on their operations and their team. These User Impact assessments will help inform the final recommendation to the Ministry.
Three technical solutions were presented at the March 20, 2017 RDAC meeting. It will be handy to have this presentation with you while completing this survey (e.g. having the description/diagram of the systems).
Please Note:
Each SPC can be represented no more than once in this survey. Regional Directors may choose to have one response submitted for their respective region, rather than one for each site at their discretion.
If you have questions on filling this out please contact Kathy Godfrey (kgodfrey@ccn.on.ca; 905-242-1559)
